Anian Sdn Bhd has worked with the Drainage Department to monitor the river level in Brunei-Muara district, precisely at Sungai Damuan & Sungai Kedayan area with the help of IoT sensors which were deployed at the river locations. The objective of this project is to analyze the water level pattern and to alert the authorities on any possible event of flooding based on gathered rainfall, weather forecast and river level values. In the future, the Drainage Department aim to extend the alert system to the public.
