Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB) has partnered with communication tech firm ANIAN Sdn Bhd to further enhance its research capacities for its ongoing Smart Agriculture and Environment projects. For this project, UTB further collaborate with seven other research centres and universities in Asia including Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand. ANIAN will play its part by providing UTB its long range wide area network (LoRaWAN) facilities, that allow devices to be operated single-handedly via internet connection from a distance
